OVERVIEW
TH-2000-C NOx online monitoring system is suitable for gas
detection and analysis in situations of low dust, high temperature
and high humidity. If the dust content of the measured gas is high,
it is necessary to select an automatic back blowing system or
reserve a back blowing interface to regularly access compressed air
for back blowing, otherwise it is necessary to regularly manually
maintain and clean the dust filter. TH-2000-C gas pretreatment
system has a built-in double-stage electronic condensation
dehumidification system and 0.5 meter fine dust filter sampling
head (flange installation).
The sampling distance is 40 meters, and it can automatically cool
down, drain water and filter tar. For water soluble gas detection
and analysis and outdoor freezing environment in winter, to prevent
the freezing of the sampling pipe, it is necessary to choose the
heat preservation and electric heat tracing thermostatic control
system. If the dryness and cleanliness of the measured gas is very
high, please choose TH-3000 series, including thermal insulation
and electric heat tracking constant temperature control system,
two-stage efficient compressor water cooling dehumidification
system, the dew point of the gas can be stabilized at 4℃ or 5℃

System composition: sampling unit, sample gas pretreatment unit, gas analysis unit
Detection parameters: NOX, NO, NO2, O2, SO2 and other gases are optional, and
meteorological parameters such as wind speed, wind direction,
rainfall, atmospheric pressure, pipeline pressure, temperature and
humidity can also be connected to detect, according to customer

field conditions of the gas detection site, optional infrared,

Sampling temperature: -40 ℃~600℃(standard), higher temperature can be customized, within
2000℃
Sampling humidity: 0~99%RH, can pretreat high humidity gas
Working environment of main machine: -40 ℃~70℃, ≤95%RH
Working mode: On-line continuous work, pump-suction sampling (positive pressure,
negative pressure, vacuum environment can be used)

greater than 70 meters

Optionable explosion-proof, waterproof design (standard with no
explosion-proof, protection grade IP66, outdoor type), rapid
detection, reliable, stable.
The gas analysis unit can be built in or outside the case.
Standard sampling distance is 30~40 meters, optional vacuum pump
sampling distance is more than 70 meters.
TH-2000-C standard pretreatment temperature is 600℃, higher
temperature can be customized, TH3000 can pretreatment 2000℃ flue
gas.
Standard: 7 inch display screen, can display all kinds of probe
parameters and control other equipment. Optional: no display window
Optional: network transmission, 4-20mA input, RS485 input, 4-20mA
output, RS485 communication.
